Human and machine are no longer distinct. The merging has already happened — and we no longer know ourselves.
Man is becoming a machine in an age of hyper-productivity. I don't stand outside that condition: I work inside it, because art is a way of knowing this dimension. Collage is the method — cut, recompose, leave the scar visible. The machine is neither tool nor mind: a strange intermediary that hands our categories back to us, slightly wrong.
